Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love every piece you order from ShopServe. If something isn't quite right, don't worry—we offer 7-day easy returns and exchanges.

Returns

  • You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

  • Once your return request is submitted, our team will reach out to you within 48 hours to verify the details and guide you through the next steps.

  • If we do not receive a response from your end within 48 hours of our communication, your return request will be closed automatically.

  • Once your return is approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup from your address.

  • After we receive and inspect your item, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that logistics/shipping charges will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will not be issued in cash. Instead, the refund amount (after deducting logistics charges) will be credited as Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on ShopServe.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are eligible within 7 days of delivery.

  • You can request a different size or product (subject to availability).

  • Once your exchange request is submitted, our team will reach out to you within 48 hours to assist you with the process.

  • If we do not receive a response from your end within 48 hours of our communication, your exchange request will be closed automatically.

  • Once the returned item passes our quality checks, your replacement item will be shipped to you.

  • Products that have been exchanged once are not eligible for a refund.

       

    • Exchanged items may only be eligible for a further size exchange (subject to availability and approval), and cannot be returned for a refund, we will only be able to generate store credit.

    Non-Returnable Items

    • Items purchased on final sale, clearance, or custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

    • Custom-tailored dresses are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.

    • Products returned without their original tags, packaging, or in a used condition will not be accepted.

    How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

    • Email us at workwithserve@gmail.com or WhatsApp us at +91 9911338933 within 7 days of delivery.

    • Share your Order ID, the reason for your return or exchange request, and clear images of the product.

    • Our team will get in touch with you within 48 hours to assist you with the process.
