New projects bring new uncertainties, new risks, new challenges—and new perspectives. And at ShopServe, we’re open to all of it. More than that, we’re willing to embrace it head-on.
So, here we are. Back to zero. Back to almost nothing. And you know what? We’re okay with it. (Or at least, we think we are?)
Why? What Happened?
Over the past few months, we learned what works and what doesn’t. When we started, customization was our core, but as we grew, we realized that it wasn’t sustainable for where we wanted to take ShopServe. It slowed us down, made scaling difficult, and honestly? It took away from the bigger vision. So, we made the tough call to stop customization—a decision that feels like a step back, but in reality, it’s a step toward building something stronger and more scalable.
Instead of tailoring every single piece to individual customers, we’re now focusing on creating a ready-to-wear collection that still carries our signature style but is more efficient to produce, easier to deliver, and allows us to reach more women.
What’s Next?
This shift means we’re restructuring everything—from our supply chain to our brand positioning. It’s overwhelming, but also exciting because now, we get to build smarter.
To make things even more intense, Praneet is traveling to Delhi for a week, and we’re going all in. Sourcing, strategizing, refining our designs, and figuring out what this new phase of ShopServe looks like.
So, join us as we take on the challenge of rebuilding from scratch… again. Will these two sisters pull it off? Let’s find out together. 💭✨
