Refund policy
We want you to love every piece you order from ShopServe. If something isn't quite right, don't worry — we offer 7-day easy returns and exchanges.
Returns
• You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Once your return is approved, we'll arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
• After we receive and inspect your item, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that logistics/shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.
• For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will not be issued in cash. Instead, the refund amount (after deducting logistics fees) will be credited as Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases on ShopServe.
Exchanges
• Exchanges are also eligible within 7 days of delivery.
• You can request a different size or product (subject to availability).
• Once the returned item passes quality checks, your new item will be shipped to you.
Non-Returnable Items
• Items purchased on final sale, clearance, or custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Custom tailored dresses are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
• Products returned without original tags or in used condition will not be accepted.
